Hi there! I'm a fitness professional located in Wilmington, North Carolina. I teach a variety of classes for many different fitness levels and even offer private yoga sessions. I believe that yoga should be accessible, bring people together, and build personal strength, discipline, and confidence. I've been teaching yoga for 7 years. I received my RYT 200 from iThrive Yoga in Parker, CO and my RYT 500 from E.MOTION in Wilmington, NC, and have over 1,000 teaching hours. Prior to teaching yoga, I taught Zumba for 7 years. I also periodically teach senior group fitness classes.

Whether you are looking to begin practicing, recover from an injury, or add something new to your fitness and wellness routine, yoga is a great way to become more in tune with your body and breath. This all-levels outdoor class builds each sequence slowly, utilizing breath, alignment cues, and mindfulness to find your individual expression of a pose while surrounded by the peacefulness of nature and the beauty of horses. Feel free to bring
optional props like straps, blocks, which help practitioners find their way into poses. Grab your mat and join us!

Requires YMCA membership or drop-in fee
This all-levels class builds each sequence slowly, utilizing breath, alignment cues, and mindfulness to find your individual expression of a pose. Use your YMCA membership or pay as a drop in. Optional props like straps and blocks can help beginners work their way into poses.
Self Care Sunday
Self Care Sunday is 90 minutes of Yin and Restorative yoga postures and tennis ball self massage techniques that will leave you feeling amazing and ready for the week ahead!

Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga sessions are a great way to brush up on fundamentals, ask questions, explore modifications tailored to your needs, and gain new depths in poses with hands-on
support. Sessions can be held at the beach, in a local park, in a large backyard, or on a deck or patio. Small group classes make great team building exercises or a fun afternoon with a group of friends.
One-on-One Private Yoga Training: $60 per hour
Couples Private Yoga Training: $80 per hour
Kids Yoga: $50 per hour
